A pleasant, though probably breezy, weekend is in store for the Tahoe Basin.
A trough moving through the Pacific Northwest will bring windy conditions to Tahoe Thursday afternoon, though gusts should be a little lighter than Wednesday. Temperatures will also be dropping a bit, by perhaps 5 to 10 degrees.
The trough moves to the north and east Friday as an area of high pressure settles over the region, nudging temperatures back toward normal for mid-June.
